Our central guest studio — one floor above the Kunstsenter. A modest 38 m² with good ceiling height, north-facing daylight, and a sleeping function in the same room. Suited for shorter stays of 4–12 weeks.

In collaboration with Sandnes municipality. A two-storey apartment in the old wharf buildings. Suited for stays up to six months, prioritising craft artists.

In collaboration with Sola municipality. A 1.5-storey house with a studio garage in the garden, ten minutes from the beach. Requires documented professional practice.
